1. Degree attestation from HEC with sticker on back side or HEC e report and MOFA
2. HEC e report must also be attested from MOFA attestation
3. Name and father name must be same on CNIC Passport and Degree.

HARD COPY SUBMISSION of DEGREE in UAE Embassy Pakistan is mandatory. The report will come in scanned pdf but they check hard copy degree also.
